Here you'll find a list of some private projects (that are mostly open source - or should be).
I try to offer end user builds but as these projects are intended for my personal use and are done in my spare time don't expect anything. So the only guarantee I can give is:

WoWPad
WoWPad is a little app that lets you control World of Warcraft from your iPhone/iPod touch.
WoWPad is open source under the BSD license and you can get the source code from github.

KingPIN
Do you have a USB UMTS modem and a SIM card with PIN authentication? Then maybe you know the problem that many drivers don't have an 'enter PIN'-dialog and you have to use some clunky 'Connection Manager Dashboards' apps to unlock your UMTS modem each time you connect it to your mac. Well KingPIN is such an app but as opposed to the modem manufacturers' apps it's not overloaded with crap and it runs natively under OS X 10.6. (No Rosette, no Java, no Mono required!)

H.E.L.D.
H.E.L.D. is a remake of the old Atari game H.E.R.O. Sadly only a win32 executable exists today as the source code was lost in a HDD crash. (That's when I learned to do back ups)
